• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to two hours.
• For larger cash-outs above ₱50,000, the processing window can extend to 24 hours.
• Payouts must be made using the same payment method you used to deposit.
• Your monthly withdrawal cap varies depending on your account tier.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you need to satisfy the wagering requirements. If you request a payout before completing the bonus terms, the bonus will be forfeited but you can still withdraw your original deposit funds.
